Honesty, integrity and respect are keys to that success.”
Rodgers & Associates' employees are proud of the company they work for because of the code of ethics they abide by. An important factor noted by this company’s employees is that it offers fee-based services in an industry predominated by commission-based service companies. Individual Nominees:
Chip Cargas, Chairman and CEO of Cargas Systems, created a culture 19 years ago around 3 values: teamwork, customer care and shared success. When asked what ethics in business means to him, he responded, “The basics. Caring for and respecting everyone your business touches. We must always remain true to our purpose and values.” Chip’s view is that he wants “clients for life” and that fair treatment is compensated by these long term relationships.
